Mediation

Mediation can be an extremely empowering experience since the process and  decision to make an agreement are with the parties as opposed to juries or judges. Mediation can result in a legally binding agreement and has become quite popular as a reconciliation method in divorce cases, HOA disputes, community disputes and small claims cases.

Peace Facilitation Programs
Peace Facilitation Programs (PFP) can be designed and implemented in the corporate world to mitigate HR disputes, employee disputes and corporate conflict. PFP's can also be a useful tool in schools to help prevent and resolve student and staff conflicts. The CLC can be hired to help create and implement Peace Facilitation Programs in a variety of settings including school, corporate, and international forums.

Coaching
Coaching can be used for a variety of reasons. Conflict and life changes can be stressful on the mind and the body.  Hiring a conflict or life coach can be used as an alternative to mainstream therapy and counseling methods.
